SeaSand-Entire Luxury 3 BD condo - Close to beach

Closed facility, almost private pool, spacious apartment- we were five adults and a child (5 y.o). Two bathrooms. Nice big kitchen.

No vacuum cleaner- it was really irritating. When we come from the beach all in sand, it is complicated to clean. Bed linen could have been fresher.

A very comfortable apartment with a really good design and a fully-equipped kitchen, cosy beds, fresh sheets and soft pillows. All furniture and home appliances are new as well a TV. A swiming pool with sun beds is only 10 meters from the front door. The shortest distance to beach is a little more then 1 km. and takes 12-15- minutes on foot or 3 min. by car. The same time it takes to get to stores, restaurants and bars. It may be a little problem if you are with little kids and don`t have a car.

I like everything ,the appartment is very clean,the neighbourhood very quiet for a relaxing holiday,in the kitchen theres everything that you need if you decide to cook.The host was very nice and helpful.

Everything about the accommodation was spot on. Its location was very important to us since it was close to the beach.,

There is nothing i did not like at the property.

The host Ajit was very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment was very clean,spacious, and very comfortable. From deck chairs to take to the beach to kids beach toys, everything you needed was provided for.We would stay there again and I highly recommend this apartment.

Property was new with all modern facilities. On ground floor so easy access if you have suitcases or mobility issues. Nice small refreshing pool and good TV channels. Air con in all 3 bedrooms and fan in lounge. Owner extremely friendly and honest. He provided valuable information, met us on time and provided little extras like detergent, soap, linen, towels, salt and pepper, olive oil, vinaigrette, sugar, instant coffee, trash bags, beach chairs, pegs for hanging clothes and good washing machine.

Beds were a little firm and distance to beach a little further than anticipated however this did not spoil our stay.

Spotless, location spot on,quite ,private everything that we needed. Ajit was very attentive and always in touch because we were there during the cyclone he gave good advices .

The beach is approximately 10 to 15 min walk.

Apartment is spacious and very clean and well looked after. Fully furnished and includes all sorts of utensils and needed equipment making it seem very much like home. Excellent owner who welcomes you with a smile and attends to anything. Great apartment.
