Great facilities and location, villa nicely decorated also.

Cleaning was non existent, the lady only came once of the 4 nights. No provisions for toilet paper, shower soap, beach/pool towels

Don’t even know where to start Inverter: situated in the (only) living area. The fan does not stop and causes an annoying noise. We had to call in maintenance to permanently switch it off Kitchen: extremely limited and poorly equipped. We had to request steak knives, serving spoons and salad servers. The pots and pans are old and needs to be replaced. The scissor is so blunt it cannot cut through cling-film. Can opener broken. No cooking utensils set - only one egg lifter and wooden spoon. Fridge to small for a family who plans to stay a week. You have to choose, warm drinks and cold food or vice versa. For this rental amount there was not even something like a coffee plunger, where in most properties you will find at least a coffee machine. We had to go and buy instant coffee instead Outside braai is broken - cannot adjust the hight. Weber braai old and a “makeshift “ ash collector. No patio umbrella, which makes it very uncomfortable to sit outside during the morning. Only 1 sun lounger (photo indicates 2). Dining room sliding door broken. No outside dining options. We had to request an aircon remote for one of the rooms asnit was missing. This property is not good value for money and should not be rented out for this amount.

The bathrooms and toilets needs to be revamps and more modern. The outside area is not taken care off, the tiles were stained. Outside furniture and braai stand needs a proper deep clean up.
