Hill10 Residence, I-City (above DoubleTree Hotel)

The view was okay, the rooms were clean and pretty. The facilities in the place were quite nice, the area was quite convenient since its nearby the mall.

-The staff wasn't responsive as much. Did not even answer a call nor texted back(not online) on the day of check in and check out and I had to ask twice on the check in details beforehand.(until now, the night of checking out, there's no reply since the day before check in) -The power also tripped when using the iron, wasn't informed on that nor the staff knew, didn't answer the call. -Couldn’t find hair dryer that is provided. -The living room's aircond didn't seem to have been maintained often. -The single bed room was slightly dusty, there were still strands of hair from previous people who frequented on the bed.

Nice view, can see i-city theme park thru the window bcs the building is just in front of i-city. Easy to go theme park, shop, restaurant, just walk to go there. The property is clean and comfortable. The host is good and manage it well
