The location is excellent and so central And the apartment itself was really good and comfortable perfect size for 2 adults

The washing machine definitely needs an upgrade to a more newer version

Our flight arrived late and check in staff had finished for the day, there were two security personnel on duty, I cannot praise these two guys enough they went above and beyond to help us, they managed to get in touch with a member of staff from Booking.com who also was fantastic and got us checked in and the keys to our apartment. I can not recommend this apartment complex highly enough, thanks for everything guys!

Reception! Pre-arrival updates. Apartment was clean on arrival

The fact that the owner or manager wasnt clear with me about daily cleaning. I wasnt given that option to chose. I was attending an intensive conference and I cant be expected to be washing towels and bedding( only one sheet/duvet provided)..No extra blanket and CPT weather is unpredictable. I cant be expected to clean the apartment at my level hence I have my assistants at home which I Pay them very well. I dont do that at my place and I cannot start doing it in CPT. What pissed me off was when I tried to reach out for help I was blue ticked and ignored.. Most probably because Im black👎
