Cosy room with golf & the beach on your doorstep!

The room clean and comfortable. Staff were generally friendly. You can get breakfast at the property. Dinner is available if you arrive before 6pm.

Description of the location is misleading. It is not near the beach. You need a car to get here. Because of the name change of the property it was difficult to find. If are a hiker this very far off the path and you can only get there by taxi.

Everything. Excellent communication. Immaculate room and facilities. Beautiful, calm and relaxing location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Our only niggle was there were no glasses provided for drinking water or rinsing in the bathroom. We had to use the coffee cups provided for everything. The quality of the accommodation is of such a high standard, I was surprised glasses were not provided and the bar was closed after 7pm with nobody on site to speak too. Also the signal on the flat screen tv in room 5 is very poor and hardly any channels worked. But these were just little things and certainly doesn’t mean we wouldn’t stay again. Highly recommend.

TV didn’t work properly. Very noisy in the function room above us. We were on foot - not easy to access

Ideally situated for us to visit friends and family and more importantly, close to dog friendly beach and plenty of room on site to walk the dogs. Host was very friendly and staff very helpful and informative. We often use hotels and b&bs and we were delighted to find a very clean, mould free shower room which can be a rare occurrence.

We have yet to find any thing that we don’t like about it.

Very clean and comfortable room. Great view out of the window! Breakfast was very good value for money and good quality. Decent sized bathroom not the size of a stamp like some places! The peace and quiet was great!

TV is very small can’t see the picture very well. I believe it is a 17 inch screen. Not a biggy but if you are in for the evening it is good to be able to watch a film.

We arrived late due to road works, it was easy to find (in the dark) and easy to access. Lots of parking. Nice and clean. Morgan Pawth beach was amazing, stunning location for an early morning dog walk, with a pub right on the beach for breakfast. Very close to Newquay Airport, so great for onward travel to the Scillies

Bed was very firm/hard, to the point of being uncomfortable for those of us that sleep like the princess and the pea and feel everything !

The accommodation was very good for the price! I’m not a golfer, but if you are this place would be even better. Only a short bus ride from Mawgan Porth Main Street for SWCP walkers.

Clean safe and lovely room for me and my daughter... would love to return and stay in one of the bigger flats with my husband..so clean.and fantastic location!!
