The Hidden Clifftop Gem - Ocean Views - Walk to Beach - 2 or 3 bedrooms per request

Position, close to the town and beach, but nice and quiet. Bedrooms and living space very nice and clean Great shower

Kitchen could do with a refurb to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the house. Double bed very hard, and outdoor furniture not very comfortable.

Mina and Luka have a great spot with a very comfortable house. They were super helpful with accommodating early arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. House is in a great location, with a short walk down steps to Browns Bay.

With the warmer weather, the second bedroom could use a small fan to circulate air in the evening while sleeping. Other than that, it was perfect for us.

The house has a fantastic location- 5 minutes walk down to the beach. You however do not have a view like the photo. There was a lot of space to accommodate people in different areas as well as a dining room. Owners greeted us and we arrived about 30 min before scheduled time- which was great. House was very clean and house mas made up with 2 single beds and 1 large very very uncomfortable double bed. There is a BBQ and a basic outside sitting area - which is not private as neighbours can look directly into that area Being so close to Browns bay shops and so close to walks is the selling point of this home.

Main room double bed is so hard that my wife slept on the couch. Not being fussy- but really this bed has to be changed. The stove was only 2 plates and very small - which can’t be changed -which is insufficient unless you are cooking a basic breakfast. Tiny microwave and dishwasher. Bees on property due to bee hives in garage was not a problem to us as the bees were calm and away from us - but next to main entrance. Would not stay again if the bed is the same.as it is like sleeping on concrete. 2nd bedroom beds are perfect!!

The property had everything we needed for our stay. Even with 4 adults, the place was spacious enough to not feel crowded. The beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to the Bay and to all the amenities we needed. The restaurants and bars were plentiful. For us it was the ideal location for our hockey event at North Harbor Hockey stadium. The host went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and prepared to provide further help with any issues we may have had. Thank you Mina 🙏🏼

The driveway for our Outlander was tight but a very minor thing, as there was plenty spaces for on street parking outside the property.

Very cosy accomodation. We had a wonderful stay
