2 bed apt w/ private parking close to town centre

This was a lovely bright and spacious apartment with everything we needed for our overnight stay. My grandsons used the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful with a lovely wide shower and plenty of towels provided. The kitchen was well equipped.

Very good location. Key collection was extremely easy and straightforward. Well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Very clean and well maintained.

The constant reminders about following the house rules were a bit annoying and felt somewhat patronizing toward guests who already respect and follow the instructions. Those who choose not to follow the rules are unlikely to be influenced by repeated messages anyway. The living room sofa was quite uncomfortable. The locking system on the main entrance door did not feel particularly secure. Having to remove shoes immediately inside the entrance, right next to the stairs, is not the most practical arrangement. Overall, these were minor issues, but they did affect the comfort of the stay.

TV reception pretty poor, but plenty of apps you can use. The parking was a bit snug so wouldn't want to have a particularly large car for fear of upsetting the neighbours, although great to have an off road space.

The property was perfect for our needs. Ideal location for a wedding we were attending and a really short walk into town for dinner and breakfast. Tea & coffee supplies were there if needed which is always a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, powerful shower in the lovely huge bathroom. We didn't need to use many of the appliances but it certainly seemed well stocked and would be an ideal property for longer stays. No issues with getting on wifi and the connection seemed strong. Very happy and would recommend to others.

Only thing that was a pain was having to take your shoes off the minute you got in the door because of the way the front door opened. Very minor but was very conscious of the fact that if house rules were broken they might charge £150.

Could have been better cleaned. Kitchenware need some cleaning. Frying pans not the very best. Dud not like to be reminded in every message that they could charge £150 if not left in a good state or not obeying the rules.
