As de Casas - San Telmo 1 - Los Cristianos

Very nice apartment, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The apartment had air conditioning, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Especially the bathroom and kitchen were very nicely placed, compactly but in such a way that all amenities were available.

Initially, the air conditioning did not work well, but we reported it and everything was repaired immediately the next day. The apartment manager responded quickly to our comments.

It was very clean , good facilities including microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bed was comfortable although the room was very dark . Towels supplied but no tea towel to dry up . Nice swimming pool but the loungers were quite uncomfortable and 1 was broken . Balcony had chairs and a table.

The apartment was on a busy road and directly above a Chinese restaurant which although there was no smell or noise from there the frontage of the restaurant blocked any view we might have had .

A good apartment, at a fair price. I received the keys as soon as I arrived, and upon departure I benefited from Lili's kindness and left the location an hour later than I should have. Perfect location, 2-3 minutes walk from Playa de las Vistas (one of the best beaches in Tenerife). Equally close is the famous Las Americas street (an area to visit especially in the evening, when it is very animated and full of positive energy). The apartment is not very big, but it is enough and it is equipped with everything you need (including AC). Another advantage is the fact that it has a parking space (a rare thing in the area ;-) So, thank you Lili for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely come back next year!

Great modern and reasonably spacious apartment with all the amenities you would expect and more (dishwasher, washing machine, etc - even some staple food/drink items and novels). Balcony with a sea view. Friendly host who met us on arrival. Wifi was good. Located a short walk from the seafront. Lots of bars and restaurants in immediate locality. Highly recommend.

Freshly renovated fully equipped apartment in great location. AC is working great, from the balcony you can see the sea. Private parking spaces are quite tight but it’s normal for this area.
