KWPHThe facilities is exceptional especially the design of place and the kitchen has a complete set.
Upon our arrival there are still hair and dust on the beds and ash of cigarette on the floor.
MYLocation was good. There were nearby convenience stores and eateries. The building staff (lift operators and Security guards) were pleasant and polite.
Building maintenance (Tower 1) - only 2 the lifts were in operation. It was a rather a long wait in the lobby that was hot. (The lobby -- no air-conditioning.)
PHPHGreat deal and location is also great! The house interiors are very aesthetic and everything is clean and comfy! The place is well maintained and we enjoyed staying there. Toothpaste and soap is provided, all appliances are working. There is a room downstairs, room upstairs projects a very thoughtful design that is good for 4 adults. The bed and linens were also clean. I know because my skin feels itchy if the linens are not. We checked out late and many thanks to the owner who accommodated our late check in request. Check in is also seamless and key can be retrieved on the door
Parking space can be challenging and with a 200 for 12hrs fee/400 if 24 hrs. The elevator is slow and there is only one elevator working at that time

PHI love how they communicate with their guest, they are very responsive. Their unit is complete especially in cookwares and such. They are really clean and prepared for their guests. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 4-5pax!
