"It was a nightmare."

I booked for a 3-night stay, when we arrived we checked in shore residences tower D1 as arrived. I was surprised it was only 1 day. We went up the room and was greeted by cockroaches. I informed the staff about the booking and the cockroaches, he just replied that it was because garbage has piled up and regarding the booking it was because we will be there temporarily only and will be transferred. I told them that they should transfer us right away rather than let us stay there for the night because it would be a hassle but I was ignored. The next day, 6:30 pm, we received multiple calls from the unit owner asking us to transfer. We argued that its a big hassle transferring as we have 2 kids and lots of luggage but still they insisted and wont leave until we agree to transfer. They transferred us to a smaller, although much cleaner unit but quite far from the original accomodation. Infairness to the staff they help us with our things. They transferred us from Tower D to shore 2 residences tower 1.
