This is a great little apartment located blocks away from the busy walking street in town. There are tons of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The host was waiting for us when we arrived and we found her very friendly and helpful. The apartment has a full kitchen and filtered/bottled water was provided so we didn't have to go out and buy our own. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed lounging in the hammock with my kindle. The apartment was spacious and had a good sized dining table and couch. Overall we really liked staying there.

There was some noise in the form of dogs and music that went into the night. My impression is that noise is inescapable in Oaxaca City though so I wouldn't let it stop you from staying here. The shampoo dispenser in the shower didn't work or was out of shampoo and the water pressure was low (also typical in Mexico).

It is very well equipped and nicely organized. Clean and comfortable.Loved the private Patio and felt so safe by having 2 auto-locked doors before reaching to the facility entrance.

The detergent or bug repel smell (naphthalin?) was too strong in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect! • the location couldn't be more central. You can walk everywhere and the Guelaguetza parade practically went by the house. • the kind and attentive hosts gave us a personal and warm welcome and it wasn't a problem to add three people to the reservation after we already booked • the apartment is clean, spacious and very nicely decorated • the patio and the private entrance gave us a homely feeling • everything you might need is there: hair dryer, kitchen supplies etc.

The water pressure was very weak. comfortable chairs outside would be nice.

The hosts were amazing - they were very responsive and were communicative and flexible when my arrival time became uncertain due to flight delays. The location is perfect - very easy to walk to the main street/Sto. Domingo. The place is thoughtfully designed and decorated. It felt very private and safe. The patio is so nice. Also - I had to work and the wifi worked great. I'd definitely stay here again during my next visit.

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for just 2 nights and we LOVED it, we wish we could have stayed longer! It is nicely updated, comfortable beds, filtered water, good wifi, nice location, and secure building. We also really enjoyed the garden, it's so beautiful and peaceful. The hosts are so lovely, they were accommodating with our check in time and so attentive. It felt like they thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Next time I'm in Oaxaca I would love to stay here again.

Everything about this place was amazing. Amazing hosts, amazing facilities, decoration and location. We loved everything.
