I didn’t want to write about the troubles we had with the apartment, but due to the rudeness of the landlord, I feel obligated to share our experience and warn others. On the day of our arrival, we received a code for the apartment that didn’t work (just like many other things in the apartment), so we were forced to wait in the sun with our luggage until the landlord arrived. When he finally showed up, he casually opened the building’s entrance, and again we had to wait. Inside the apartment, we saw that its condition was terrible. The apartment was dirty, a large window in the living room was broken, and the landlord promised to fix it, but of course, that never happened. Later, we discovered that the refrigerator was broken, there was no water pressure in the shower, the blankets were stained, and the TV didn’t work. Since we are flexible guests who don’t like to complain, we comforted ourselves with the fact that the apartment's location was excellent, and there were great restaurants in the area. After we left, we suddenly received a message from the landlord claiming that he wanted money because the sofa in the living room was dirty. I explained to him that we hadn’t sat on the sofa at all since it was already dirty, and because the TV didn’t work, we didn’t use the sofa. At this point, he changed his approach and claimed that the mattress was dirty, which was also a false claim, as there was no reason for the mattress to get dirty, considering it was old and dirty to begin with. In short, the landlord is trying to extort money in a dishonest way. Although the apartment is relatively cheap and in a great location, I would think twice before staying at a place that tries to scam and extort money so unethically.

After booking, the owner of the property wrote a long text writing the story of his apartment and how he designed the interior and was happy living and building his family there. After staying in the apartment, I can attest this is very true. This is the only vacation property I have ever been to in which I can see myself living as home. It is well designed, has all the appliances. Very spacious and comfortable. The location is amazing. It is in the middle of the city center, walking distance from everything, The are supermarkets and 24/7 stores on the street, there is a bar in the building itself. The apartment is quiet and there is a lift to the 6th floor. Another thing we liked is the ability to self check-in using an app.

Internet connection (through Wifi) was not stable.

Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίθηκε σε ολα οσα ζήτησα για μια μεγάλης διάρκειας διαμονή. Άνετο μεγάλο σπίτι.

Υπήρχε μικρό θέμα με το τηλεχειριστήριο στο να ανάβει η τηλεόραση. Θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο προσεγμένη η καθαριότητα.

Apartment is very cosy, convenient and spacious. Location is amazing, communication with the host was very smooth.

We struggled to turn on TV, but we didn't need it much, so didn't contact the host regarding it.
