It was a golf weekend, so good location. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was good. Although several items were not available. Which was a bit disappointing.

It was load shedding when we arrived so everything was pitch dark. The emergency light was not set to go on when the lights go off. And all the air conditioning units were on. There was no tea, coffee, milk. Even just for one day , never mind two. There wasn't even a soap in the bathroom. I simply think in this time a little extra goes a long way to motivating a return visit. Check was not clear. I said there would be 2 vehicles, it wasn't made clear that the second vehicle needed to rent a tag to get in and out. The cost is not the issue, simply the lack of communication. Then there isn't actually parking space for a 2nd vehicle. If the resort was full this would be an issue. Simply better communication from the reception at check in would be a good start.
