Oak Tree View - relax, reconnect, explore or work

A little gem: this place has everything you could possibly need with the host next door to help out if needed. It’s been created with great imagination and even has its own little private garden. It is excellent value for money.

Oak View Lodge is a lovely, modern chalet, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nice private decking area. Parking is very convenient, right outside, on a private driveway. Attentative hosting from Elizabeth and her partner, but not intrusive. Quiet location with easy short distance walking for parks, woodland and village. A ‘welcome pack’ on arrival was appreciated and very thoughtful. Would recommend Rumbles Fish Bar in the village! A very enjoyable stay. Looking forward to going back.

Absolutely spot on - real hidden gem that was ideal when working in the local area and needed somewhere for the night. Good communication ahead of arrival and all the facilities needed. Will certainly be back in the future.

We are use to a king-size bed.

A small, nice and cozy house with everything you need for a stay. Ideal for a time of relaxation. Very friendly contact with Elizabeth who even provided essential groceries and a few goodies on arrival. I felt very comfortable there. There are paths for walking, a church in the village and the first English distillery nearby as well as very good pubs and small shops.
