Rosemount Residence - SJA Stays - 1 Bed Apartment

The apartment is on a very quiet street, with easy ground-floor access. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and fully equipped with all household items. The internet is fast, the bed is very comfortable, and there’s plenty of storage space. The view of the garden at the back is beautifully bucolic. Overall, I had a wonderful stay ,a perfect place to disappear for a while. Elisa, the person I communicated with through messages, was very responsive, polite, and always available. Congratulations on the excellent, high-quality service provided through the platform.

Wysoki standard mieszkania, czysto, pełne wyposażenie, spokojna okolica, dobry dojazd komunikacją publiczną. Firma / osoba administrująca mieszkaniem błyskawicznie i nawet o późnej porze reaguje na pytania i problemy.

Na minus wyłącznie drobiazgi - nadmierna jest ilość informacji wysyłanych mailem ze strony firmy administrującej mieszkaniem, przez co istotne informacje, np. adres czy kod do skrzynki z kluczami, giną wśród maili dotyczących np. regulaminu czy opłat za późne wymeldowanie (może precyzyjne określenie tematu wiadomości ułatwiałoby szukanie). Apartament nie jest z zewnątrz oznaczony żadnym szyldem czy choćby nazwą na domofonie, co również nie ułatwia znalezienia go. Kod do Wi-Fi podany w wydrukowanym przewodniku w apartamencie jest błędny, właściwy można znaleźć w mailu po zdalnym zameldowaniu. Przed samym wejściem do budynku niechlubna wystawa z koszy na śmieci.

Nice apartment despite initial exterior appearance. Well equipped and close to downtown and nearby sites. Easy to park on street… at least in off season. Good communication.

Having to deal with trash/recycling, but we had so little, it wasn’t a big problem.

Good Location to explore the city. Free parking.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Directly in front of the kitchen / living room window (the only window in the room) are garbage containers.

Was a bit cold on arrival, but wormed up very fast.

Was really central and flat was really quiet very comfy bed

Shower was a bit black mouldy at bottom of shower and the apartment smelled really bad like a drain issue once we used shower etc the smell reduced just a bit of tension to detail on cleaning and it would be perfect

Location was ideal as neighbourhood was safe. Close to the bus route.

Parking was a bit tight the shower was not very nice as the water was either very hot or cold.
