the room is clean with complete kitchen utensils.

we were expecting for a bunk bed, instead the room is quite different from the picture so pinagkasya namin sa bed yung 3 adults and 1 kid. then ung isang adult eh natulog na lang sa mini couch.

"Disappointing!"

It has the most of the things you need. Good amenities within reach

No hot water for shower as it was broken. I have asked to get it fixed because I have an elderly person with me. They have moved us to another unit whilst fixing the water heater. The water heater in the new room also wasn’t working! I have asked if we can stay in this new room even if there’s no hot water coz we only have 1 night left to avoid the inconvenience of moving. No response from the agent. The next day, staff from the agency knocked on the door and asked us to transfer back to the original room we were in and said the shower is fixed. Again, we moved to the original room despite asking to just stay in the room we were in. Hoping the hot water is now working, it’s still not!! They lied about getting it fixed! Not going to deal with this agency again! Avoid!!!
