Élégant Appartement 200m Au Coeur De Casablanca !

First impression: wow — it’s huge! The apartment has a great design and feels very spacious at first glance. However, the longer I stayed, the more I wanted to leave. Beware: the apartment is very old and unhealthy. There’s visible mold, especially in hidden areas like shelves, and a terrible smell comes with it. The bathroom is in awful condition — rusty bathtub, unusable shower, and fixtures that haven’t been maintained in decades. It’s clear this place was once a gem when newly built, but the owner has neglected it for years. Some decorative elements are missing or broken. For the price it costs, do yourself a favor and avoid it. There are much better options out there. Check the photos before booking.

Enormously spacious and comfortable apartment. It has a lot of amenities including a cloth dryer. It felt a bit cold at night but it's pretty tolerable. All in all a very pleasant place to stay not far from some of the most prominent city attractions.

Can't really name any problems with the place itself. But be wary of a rather old (but still working) elevator and rude taxi drivers controlling the street (I'd advise not to use ride hailing apps on this particular street).

Very spacious and comfortable stay! Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice bathrooms. Fashionable sofas. The washer and dryer are great amenities. Well stocked with supplies. Walking distance to the tram and Casa Port station. Easy to get a taxi. Walking distance to several groceries. Easy access to the building. The host greeted upon arrival, so it was very, very easy and ideal. The charging outlets are greatly appreciated. The building is very secure and exceptionally quiet. We did not see or hear anyone in the building. I highly recommend it.

The written instructions could be a little clearer, but the host met us, so it was fine. Otherwise, I would have needed assistance.

It is spacious! Right in the middle of everything. Fatine was very responsive and helpful to provide us with various information that we needed.

The bathroom could use some renovations. One of the washrooms was newly renovated and it was really nice!

Very spacious and cosy apartment with lovely decor. Fatine was extremely helpful and lovely and went above and beyond to give me suggestions and make me feel at home. The location was great with the markets nearby and some great local restaurants within walking distance. After only a few days this place felt like home, we didn’t want to leave!

Sometimes a little noisy on the street at night, nothing earplugs can’t fix!
