Я много путешествовала и мы много где останавливались. Но такого ужасного опыта у меня еще не было. 1. За пол часа до заезда нам не отвечали на телефонные звонки и сообщения. Нам пришлось обратиться в службу поддержки, поскольку мы просто не знали что делать. Только после этого нам соизволили написать. Никаких извинений не было, я думаю это нормальная практика для них. 2. Они мотивировали задержку с ответом, поскольку производилась уборка. В апартаментах было ужасно грязно! Но более всего нас поразил ершик для туалета, без крышки внизу, это же негигиенично. 3. В апартаментах был ужасный запах, который шел из туалета. Мы сообщили хозяйке апартаментов, она отреагировала через день. Принесли какую-то жидкость и сказали нам залить. Конечно же, это не помогло и все время нам пришлось оставаться с этим ужасным запахом канализации. 4. Мы попросили выехать из апартаментов на час позже, нам отказали. Нам сказали, что будет производиться. Мы сидели этот час под дверью в апартаментах и никто так и не пришел. Таким образом, мы поняли, что нам не хотят пойти на встречу даже когда могут!

The apartment was in a lovely location close to the beach, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – it really made our stay more relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and it was a nice touch that the apartment provided sun umbrellas, which we could take with us to the beach. The agent was very nice and helpful throughout our stay.

The bathroom, however, had an issue with the shower door – the silicone beneath it was damaged, so water spilled out and left the whole bathroom wet. Although the agent kindly sent someone to try to fix it, the problem unfortunately wasn’t fully resolved. Overall, the apartment is a bit on the expensive side and could use some improvements, but it was still a pleasant place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.

The balcony and only 1 minute to the beach

We had to wait unnecessarily for the password to the door at check-in, which left us standing around in the heat with our suitcases. Due to the delayed response, the check-in was 20 minutes later than scheduled. The bed wasnt really comfortable. When we used the washing machine for the first time, the water didn’t drain, so the door wouldn’t open. I wrote to the landlady, but she couldn’t tell me when a technician would come to fix it. She told me she would update me the next morning, but no message came. Only after I wrote to her again and put pressure on her did she reply, saying that if everything went well, the technician would come in the evening. Since I didn’t want to walk around with dirty clothes any longer and I wasn’t given a definite appointment, I solved the problem myself, which was very exhausting as I had to drain all the water manually. Only after I informed her that the washing machine door had finally opened she wrote back saying the technician would arrive in 20 minutes. On top of that, we also had cockroaches in the room, coming from the bathroom. We spoke with other vacationers on the ground floor of the building, and they also reported that their apartments were full of cockroaches crawling out of the shower drain. I wrote to the landlady at 10 a.m. telling her that we had cockroaches in the room. She only replied 8 hours later, saying they came from outside but that she could bring us insect spray. By then, I had already left the apartment and booked a hotel room. The service from the landlady was terrible, and you couldn’t count on a solution to any problem. On top of that, the whole building has a massive cockroach problem. Our vacation in the apartment was a disaster.

The terrace is stunning, well equipped (chairs, sun-beds, bug table and shade) and has a fantastic view. The location is great, close to a beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants. An easy trip by car/taxi/bus to the city. The host was flexible and kindly arranged for an earlier check in to accommodate for our early arrival, which we really appreciated.

While the kitchen is fully equipped, the rest of the apartment is very minimalistic and could use a bit of maintenance and extra furnishings, e.g. storage space in the bedroom and in the bathroom/shower. There were some issues with the wifi, ants, and fluctuating water pressure throughout our stay.

Great views all round from the terrace, which now has a shaded area. Clean and well located. The building opposite is near completion.
