"My worst experience."

Nothing.

NEVER BOOK THIS IS A SCAM. These are scammers. I didn’t get back my 500€ deposit. Moreover, 3 days after I left the apartment they send me that I have to pay 1100€ more for the “damage”. As you can guess, the “damage” is fake. I left the apartment in same condition as it was when I arrived. So, they just scammed me and now they ignore me. I’m frustrated that booking.com can’t do anything about the situation. At least - block the host.
