Family friendly 3BR - Quiet area - Behind bryggen

The location was good, in a nice area with historical houses walking distances from the main city center. The beds were comfortable. Communication was easy and helpful.

The inside of the house, apartment and staircase are not in the best condition and not particularly clean. The furnishing and decoration are lackluster. Apartment and especially the bathroom have an unpleasant smell to them. The apartment is very small, smaller than it seems from the photos (the floor plan is accurate, however). There is no place to sit at a table and eat with a family, you can only sit on the couch and eat. The kitchen lacked some necessary utensils as well.

The location was really.. you only need 10 minutes for the center of the town.. Beds were really comfortable and rooms were big.. Also the living room was big with comfortable sofa!!

In general the house needed more cleaning! Especially the bathroom was a disappointment, such as the entrance of the building. Moreover toilet papers were not enough as for 3 nights and 6 people we only had 2. Napkins also missing.. We had no problem to buy all things needed for our stay but I think that having toilet paper and Napkins is not a big deal.. Cleaning though was the big issue.. If the house was cleaner I would stay again as the location and comfort of the apartment was really good !

Great place and good location, near the Bryggen area. We stayed in a family of five and the apartment was good for us, well equipped.

Great location house is super nice and with three bedrooms.

The hosts were very quick to reply and help. They created a wonderful guide to help with check in and to share helpful tips for seeing Bergen. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean.

Walking distance to the center (approx. 8 minutes to Bryggen)

We did not enjoy staying here. We were very disapointed about the quality of the appartment. It is not as shown on the the pictures. It is much smaller, more worn out and cheaper quality. We slept very badly because of noise from other appartments, both during night and early in the morning. All this compaired to the relative hight price we payed. The rating was updated since we booked it and we fully agere to the new low ratings.

Location of flat is good and so was in principle information received from host. However, for example, invitation to indicate arrival time was cleared designed to help plan delayed cleaning only and not to accommodate any wished for earlier checkin (which we did not request, just confirmed 15h), as automatic response received that not possible.

Flat is much smaller than wide-angle lens photos suggest. More importantly, the flat is not in as good a condition as it looks on photos. Terrible fish fry smell when we entered flat, one of the sofa pillows was completely wet. Entry to house is dirty and littered with cleaning equipment all over.
