Treebo South Avenue, 700 Mts From Promenade Beach

We booked and checked in at late night, the guy at the reception was sleeping, which is pretty normal... But I had to wake him up 6-7 times for him to finally get up from the couch he was sleeping and give us the room... Toiletries were not in the room when we went there.. We didn't want to go through that waking him up task again. And yeah, the TV is just for a name.. Neither did it have any channels nor was it art TV. At least they could use a firestick to turn that into a smart TV

The location is great. Right opposite the railway station. Close to the beach and white town

Rooms and bed linen are not clean. Looks like they are not cleaned. There were cockroaches in the room and in bathrooms. Service quality needs lot of improvement.

Cockroch full in bathroom and sofa having dusty smell..sofa fully going down till floor...

The staff wasn't very helpful. I made a request 4 times, they said they'd provide it but I never recieved it. I had asked for a trash bag

Nothing to like in the premises.. Except the location of the hotel i.e., nearby railway station no advantages of staying there

Didnt like the way the employees behaviour, their responsiveness, and the cleanliness of the rooms are also not good.
