The Carthouse (Luxury 2 bed with private hot tub)

Beautiful inside and out loved hot tub and the view , property was very clean and luxurious and had everything we needed !

The owner had put the log burner on for our arrival which was most appreciated & we received a very warm welcome from our hosts. The Carthouse is tastefully decorated & has a super hot tub to enjoy!

Peaceful location and excellent accommodation. Unwind in your own time. Relax in the Hot tub while watching the wild life.

Excellent stay. Only tip to the host would be to include some instruction booklets. Also some tips for places to visit.

Everything was perfect

The property has a fascinating history, and has been lovingly restored to a very high standard. It was really well equipped with all modern conveniences and in a beautiful location. Very comfortable beds and property exceptionally clean. Great place to stay for a quiet break or holiday, whilst not too far from accessing shops or tourist attractions In gorgeous Fife. Friendly welcome from Lee the Landlord, with unexpected milk, fresh free range eggs, tomatoes and a bottle of Prosecco ! Oh and my favourite Scottish Tunnock biscuits.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. We did mention to Lee that maybe some sort of signposting at the main road entrance could be useful as it was initially a wee bit tricky to find.

🌟 Rating: 5/5 We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Carthouse! The property was beautifully styled — modern, spotless, and really cosy. The private hot tub was the highlight and everything we needed was provided. Peaceful surroundings and great attention to detail throughout. Would 100% recommend and definitely stay again!
