Everything. I didn't like the promise that the apartment was going to be ready for my family and it wasn't. When we arrived we came in at the same time as the cleaners as we noticed the door was already open. The place was not ready or clean at all. The place was full of food and no beds were made. The bedding was in the living room which had been left unclean. The kitchen was filthy and dirty. we drove for hours and this is what we came upon. Very disappointed we could not even stay for our booking and left as soon as we arrived.
