BeAuTIful and Bright !! town/harbour apartment #1

Excellent location if arriving by public transport and using public transport throughout the holiday, comfy bed, quiet during the night, near bus station and train station, near harbour for boat rides, supermarkets 2 minutes walk away, overall cleanliness is very good, great shower and bathroom, clean new carpets, as a central town location I felt safe once inside the apartment.

I had a very enjoyable time at this property, if the following could be addressed and corrected I’d give this 10 stars: No dish cloth (had to buy own) stained tea towel (had to buy own), old kitchen utensils (ie; cutting knives not sharp, had to buy my own), no casserole dish for oven, saucepans and frying pan too old and scratched to use, lock broken on kitchen window (this did reduce my feeling of safety slightly), no information manual (ie; how to use oven, where to empty rubbish, taxi numbers, wifi code, local tourist tips ect …), rug in the lounge is a massive safety hazard (I had to roll it up when I was there as I tripped over it twice), sofa and cushion covers could do with a deep clean, initial entrance and hallway very un-inviting and shabby (especially not pleasing for a female solo traveller), could do with painting to keep it up to standard, never met the host, they did take a while to respond to text messages prior to my stay so not sure how quickly they’d respond in an emergency! The main front door is a number coded door lock!

Warm and comfortable

Perfect location, close to train and bus stations, close to town and facilities. Nice space, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Slept well, the bedroom was quiet and the bed was cosy.

There were roadworks outside but they didn't spoil our stay. The bedroom was small but comfortable.

The location is very good and the room is lovely.

Great central location

Entry was a bit difficult, disappointing that there was no washing machine ( no advice given on location of a laundromat.) or wifi.

The location was brilliant if you are travelling by train or bus, as we did. It was also great value and nice and clean. We were also surprised how quiet it was within the apartment. Many thanks.

It was a very nice clean and large bed but maybe the bed was a bit big for the size of the room. It made it a bit difficult squeezing down the side of the bed to get in. Could be tricky for the oversized.
