Апартаменты очень комфортные для проживания, хозяин очень вежливый, мы приехали раньше по времени, и как только освободился номер нам позвонили и разрешили заехать раньше по времени, за что ему огромное спасибо. Район очень хороший, всё есть, трамвай, автобус, метро, магазины и в мин 15 море. Нам очень понравилось

"Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung und perfekter Kontakt zum Besitzer"

Die Wohnung in Valencia war ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Sie liegt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, hat man einen direkten Zugang zur Straße. Besonders praktisch: direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Obst- und Gemüseladen, gleich nebenan ein Bäcker. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war perfekt – freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Kleine Mängel gibt es immer, zum Beispiel klemmt die Eingangstür etwas und sollte repariert werden, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht gestört. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
