Lotus Desaru Beach Resort, 2 bdrms, w/splash park

Breakfast was great with lots of options and delicious Malaysian food along with other countries foods. The staff we dealt with everywhere - especially at the bars and restaurants, the pools and the spa were super friendly and helpful.

The access to the apartment caused quite a few problems. Despite being given the code and explicit instructions this was not working. And didn't work the whole time we were there despite codes being reset so had to resort to using a back up key. But took a bit of time to try and get access and then connection with the owner and had to then get set up and paid for internet which was supposed to be free so we could be in contact so didn't make the start of our stay very satisfying. But had an enjoyable stay after the backup key was located but annoying that the systems let the owner and the experience of Lotus Desaru down.

The room was very clean. All necessary appliance was there accept iron. Other than that all was ok. We only need a place to change and sleep. We attended a wedding reception. We couldnt venture much of the place. Maybe next visit.

The room was quite small. Water preassure was low from 9am.
