Location was perfect, very close to Maymont and the Fan District, very convenient! Comfortable beds, lots of towels. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice kitchen (even though we ate out every meal) that I would've enjoyed if I needed to use it more. The bathroom smelled amazing from the scent thing plugged in! Great rental for me and my niece attending a family wedding.

Plenty of towels but they're small - my size 2 niece who stayed one night with me and her sister even commented on them. A few lamps were missing light bulbs and the shower curtain liner was NOT clean but the host rectified those issues lightening fast. No window coverings on the kitchen and living room doors which is disconcerting though not a deal-breaker. Only one small closet in the entire house available to hang clothes which was not particularly convenient for two adults needing to hang several items for several days; also there are heaters, etc. stored in the closet so it's not even fully available.

big fenced backyard for dogs to play in convenient location lovely, kitchen with all needed silverware, cups, glasses, pots, pans etc. comfortable bed and furniture. very clean

eclectic economics of the neighborhood. on street parking (free) narrow streets.
