"Pleasant"

The location was excellent as it was in the middle of fields on a road close to the beach and the port. The apartment had plenty of space, and there was parking in the premises.

The apartment, although with sufficient space to cover the needs of 4 people, felt neglected, and as if it was in need of painting, renovation with newer and comfortable furniture throughout all its rooms. The overall feeling is that the value of the place is overrated.
