Family friendly - 10min drive to Chch city centre

Excellent location and great service.

A little tricky to open the door.

We liked everything about this property.!Quiet, very spacious, clean with all the modern appliances. Easy to get around Christchurch. I walked back from the city and my son rode the mountain bike park. The owner was very contactable.

Nothing bothered us.

Owner sent the door lock code and a message once payment was made. House was clean and tidy with everything you needed facility wise for our stay. Short walk to the end of the road to the Shirley shops to get what you need. Takeaways and coffee must haves.

Double Bed was a bit on the soft side for me but then I like a hard mattress.

The location was good for where we needed to be. The unit was nice and warm when we arrived with the heat pump going, I loved that there were extra heaters in the rooms and electric blankets. The big bed was super comfortable and the pillows were really good comfort too. The shower has good pressure as well. Christina was very good at sending through tips for the stay.

We liked that the house was warm, clean and modern. The kitchen was well presented with basics in the pantry and fridge and also plenty of cutlery and dishes/glasses. I really appreciated the sharp utility kitchen knives!!! Something so seemingly minor, but it makes all the difference when preparing meals. We also liked that it was a decent-sized tv. I also appreciated that there was a box of tissues available. It's attention to detail like that which makes all the difference. :)

The beds were uncomfortable. Although they had good support, the tops of them were hard and hurt our hips and backs. I ended up putting a layer of towels under me in an attempt to cushion the mattress a bit.

Host was very accommodating when I mucked up the initial booking. The house had great heating for the Southern Winter. Shower pressure was amazing!
