"I was not happy by being offered a different villa from the one i paid for."

San Lameer is good location with pleasant views and facilities

I did not get accommodated in the villa 2514 that I paid for, instead i was offered villa 2513 which was not at the same standard as the villa i paid for. The host called to say the villa 2514 was double booked which was a lie as the person who was at villa 2514 wanted to extend their stay. My issue is that Villa 2513 which I was offered did not have a stove with an oven, plus the attraction of the villa was not to the standard of 2514 which i originally paid for. I do think that, I was deceived by the host and due to that made my experience not as pleasant in the villa i was offered.

Loved the fresh and clean scent as you entered the room. Everything was immaculately neat! The staff on the property were friendly and smiled.

Beautiful estate

Absolutely poor show at that price not offering back up power during load shedding.Appalling !! Had to phone CT for toilet paper! Plug in basin broken Unable to lock patio doors Price is far too high We were ripped off!
