"Broken air condition"

The place was clean and decorated nicely. Seems to be well kept.

The air conditioner was broken. We walked into 85 degree heat. They did find another location, but it wasn't as nice or well kept. It did have air condition which was all we cared about

Loved the location, the newness of the property. Quiet/peaceful neighborhood. Loved everything being all on one level, easy access for persons w/ mobility issues.

Toilets are small and low to the floor. Bathrooms could be more handicap friendly. Mattresses worn, recommend replace, rotate or flip to even out the wear on the mattresses.

"Cozy, comfy and clean"

This was the nicest stay we've had in a long time. We've been traveling a lot for college tours and work this year and this was by far the most refreshing place I've booked. The home was spotless and cozy and the host was very responsive with any of our questions or needs. I will book this place again if we come back to Statesboro.

Everything was perfect! No complaints at all!
