Location was perfect and everything we required was on property like the little spar for groceries etc.

There were certainly highlights to our stay: the estate itself is beautiful, and we loved having private beach access. The location is incredibly convenient, being in close proximity to the spar suprette and the lagoon reasturant. .

​While the property looks beautiful at first glance, our stay was marred by several functional issues and a lack of communication from management. Upon arrival on Saturday, we reported a broken couch. The manager promised it would be fixed by Monday; however, Monday passed with no repairs and no follow-up. Despite my numerous calls going unanswered, the issue was never resolved till we checked out. ​The unit requires urgent upkeep. Specific issues included: ​Maintenance: A waterlogged veranda door that grinds loudly and a showerhead so blocked with limescale that the pressure is unusable. ​Cleanliness: We encountered dirty utensils, a damp smell under the kitchen sink, and mildew-scented linens and towels. ​Patio Area: The outdoor space is neglected compared to neighboring units, with lighting so dim we couldn’t see the braai area clearly. ​Overall, the "surface level" beauty doesn't make up for the lack of care and the poor service we received.
