Love our stay. Unit very good.

Geyser caused problems but was fixed. Shower head needs upgrading.

The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and neat. The room is located in a perfect area, close to the pool and the shops. The porch that opened out to the garden had stunning early morning views. Having a washing machine was an ababsolute blessing.

The room it self was not very clean.. the bathroom needs a deep clean. The furniture and light fittings all had accumulated dust.. the room was swept around the rug, the rug was not moved to be cleaned.

Everything but the villa

Dirty bathroom mat. Sticky dirty bedroom mats. No housekeeping which we only found out a day after. Old worn out towels. No fresh towels provided unless you book for 5 nights or more. We had no knowledge of this. No hygiene products replenished. Terrible shower. Pathetic lighting inside and out. We've stayed at many self catering villas at San Lameer and this was by far the worst experience we've had. There is no assistance or clarity beside being told these are not offered.

The supermarket closes very early...should close at night as sometimes people need basic necessities and cannot travel very far out at night

The environment was serene, beautiful views, trails and security's. The access to the beach and overall look of the place with personal parking was the cherry on the cake.

The bed was a little used and hard, wish they had an actual shower head, the pressure from the hand held was a little too strong.
