"It was comfortable and relaxing."

It was clean and secure.

Should have a name board outside and motion-sensor lights. The toilet in the basement should have a door so that smell from there doesn’t get into the bedroom.

Nice sauna in the downstairs bathroom. The living room on the 1st floor was wonderfully light and airy with great views and comfy sofa - great for reading. As a self catering place, it was also thoughtful of the owners to have supplied some milk and tea/coffee for a cuppa (not to mention the complementary bottle of prosecco).

The outdoor walk from the "Shepherd's Hut" to the main house/loo was a bit of a pain for anyone sleeping there (although to be fair this was in the floor plan).
