"Accommodation in an uncomfortable building and AREA"

My main concern was I felt extremely unsafe. Weekend away with 4 15 year olds and myself. Old building, low maintenance! Dodgy security guys. Ring doorbell installed for a reason !!! Uncomfortable walk back from Bullring in the dark. Cheap thin pillows Saucepans and definitely the frying pan needs replacing! Coffee machine needs descaling Sofa: hard as a rock Extremely disappointed especially when I had to sign a contract and pay a deposit!!!

"Great city stay, great decor and excellent value."

Lovely clean flat, well decorated with a funky theme. Just what we wanted when visiting Birmingham. A great base. Was great having Netflix as well, so that we could end the night in the apartment with a film. Thank you for being so helpful.

One of the lifts in the block didn’t work, but there were a couple of lifts.

"Great modern apartment"

Loved the modern touch on the property and the space everything was on hand.

The smell leading up to the apartment was horrendous but that not a fault of the host that just something you have to deal with but once at the apartment its fine there was a few cleaning issues which was discussed with the host and with great communication it was dealt with.

"Amazing apartment"

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, added extras like costa coffee pods, washing and cleaning stuff and bathroom items like shampoo and conditioner was lovely. Great location for the wedding we went to and easy key collection and drop off just round the corner. Communication was excellent with a good response time as we had been unsure about the parking location( 8ish mins walk).

Nothing, it was a perfect stay!!
