The environment of the apartment is very nice
Just a minor issue, the water heater in the main room does not feel hot. Other than that no issue.

It is not directly in the center of the town but it is near
Dirty. Incredibly dirty. So much so that we left the place and claimed reimbursement. At least they accepted it and the money was given back. However we had to look for alternative accommodation the same day that we arrived. I had never found myself in a place so different form the reviews you can read in booking. Do not book this place.
