Our stay at the guest apartment was delightful from start to finish. Privacy was excellent, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, making it convenient for leisurely strolls by the sea. The thoughtful touches such as the assortment of games, complimentary water, snacks, and even Prosecco provided by the owner truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, the accommodation's dog-friendly policy was greatly appreciated, ensuring our furry friend could join in on the fun. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The rented guest apartment offered a clean and tidy space, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, guests may find the room slightly chilly, necessitating extra layers or adjustments to the heating. Despite this minor inconvenience, the apartment's cleanliness and overall amenities contribute to a satisfactory experience.

The location is superb and the host was very hospitable, and kind to our dog. High quality appliances complement the tastefully decorated interior. The unit was spotless and well equipped, offering both wi-fi and and an array of streaming services, as well as Sky on a large screen television. Communication both before and after the stay was prompt and informative. The deposit was also swiftly returned in full on the day we left the property.

I loved the internal design of the place. It was perfect for my trip with a dog. Very close to the sea, a couple of minutes walk. The whole area has so much to offer. If you want a little break away from it all this place is amazing. It feels so far away, yet a couple off hours from London only.

Fantastic location so close to the beach and great restaurants in seaborne road. Would thoroughly recommend this as a stay for a couple. Elliot was super helpful and friendly nothing was a problem.

The Annex is a lovely self catered apartment, really close to the beach and 10ish minutes walk from Southbourne high street. The apartment is so clean, decorated really nicely, has all the mod cons you need for a relaxing stay. Elliot was incredibly welcoming and met me at the property to answer any questions, and was also very responsive over Whatsapp giving us some great recommendations for dinner! The weather was a bit chilly but there are good quality heaters in the annex which warm the place up nicely. Elliot also accommodated us when we asked for a late checkout. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend.

The bed is a comfy double, a larger bed would make this review a 10!

Exceptionally clean and modern. Very comfortable sofa and bed. Nicely styled. Everything you need. Private outdoor courtyard. Free Wi-Fi with sky, TV and Netflix. Perfect location.
