Ilulissat Stay - 4-bedroom villa with sea view and hot tub

Great communication and help from Anders. Very comfortable and clean. Hot tub is a spa bath rather than an outdoor hot tub.

Great location. amazing view, close to the store, and close to path to the icefjord.. the villa is cozy, very comfortable and clean. The owner is the most helpfull person ever, both before you arrive and while you on place. Anders is almost like a really good consierge 😀.

what I didn't like, is that I had to leave this place :)

The host was very friendly and helped us book a taxi to the airport when we left. The entire house was comfortable and tidy, and we absolutely loved it. On our last night, we even saw the Northern Lights from the rooftop. This is the best place we’ve stayed during all our travels.

It’s just a bit far from the restaurant and supermarket.

The house itself is amazing. It is spotless. Furniture is modern (Danish style everywhere!) and designed to make you feel comfortable (as you would feel at home). In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook. Coffe and tea are also available there. Heat system is an important issue in this house as temperatures outside are not high even in Summer. Views from the dining room are aweosome. You can follow a huge iceberg moving in its way to the ocean before melting. But the best without any doubt is Anders. He helped us with some tours, offering his suggestions and good knowledge of the area. He also helped us to book a taxi to the airport and to find someone for a Kafemik. When you are an independent traveller (you do not travel with a travel agency) Anders makes you feel safe. You know you can contact him if you need any help. In such a remote city , as Ilullisat is, Anders has been an important part of our trip. We would love to come back in Winter to spot Northern Lights and to enjoy dog sleeding. Thank you very much Anders for your kindly attention and supporting.

Nothing really significant to mention.

A great house, very clean, very quiet, and well-equipped. A great house owner who gave us a lot of good advice and help. The distance to the city center is slightly far, about 15 to 20 minutes away.

The living room should be equipped with a pendant especially in winter.

Very beautiful and comfortable house with complete facilities like washing machine, dryer, kitchen etc. The host is so nice and helpful. He helped us to call taxis all the times during our stay in Ilulissat. Also recommend good tours and restaurants in Ilulissat.

Wonderfull large house with pleasant atmosphere.

Shower drain had some trouble (will probably be fixed soon). Some locations at the waterfront have better views.

The house is new and in the perfect location in Ililussat, close to nature and to the centre. It was spotless clean on our arrival and we loved the beautiful light on the second floor and the spacious (and warm) bedrooms with very comfortable double beds. We were pleased to find many appliances and also a good supply of coffee, tea and spices in the kitchen. The heated floor at the entrance and in the bathroom was very much appreciated by everyone. Anders, one of the owners, was wonderfully helpful and we are very grateful to him for the organisation of activities and many informations/reservations. Help from a knowledgeable and attentive short-term landlord is indeed extremely important in a place with Greenland’s complicated logistics and weather conditions. Therefore all our group would like to thank Anders for his solicitude and his visitor-friendly attitude!
