Strategic location, close to the tourist attraction place such as Kae Farm market, mossy forest, tea plantation and shops.

Normal double bed instead of double decker.

Cleanliness and completeness in home appliances, and its cool fresh air.

1) The noise from the kids next door and neighboring unit as well as the water pump. 2) one of the water heaters wasn't functional intermittently
