Clean, comfortable and instructions were easy to understand. All the decorations are very nice. Also got wifi and Netflix.

Check-in should be 3pm but waiting outside until 4pm then can enter after cleaning. The blanket n pillows are a bit smelly. no response from customer service when asking about the refund deposit.

I need to report about this restro because they didn't give my 200 rm deposit and worst service
