location is good..near to everything..kitchen facilities were good..the owner even provide water dispenser..parking also was good.

too many furniture, and the bed linen in the third room( with double bed) had unpleasent smell..maybe because of the humid weather

The location is quiet and not far from most places we want to visit - the town, the mossy forest and the BOH tea plantation, but you still need a car to drive around. You can't really walk about and there is nothing much within walking distance. The check-in process is simple and smooth, the host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped so you can prepare your own food, make your own coffee & enjoy.

Mossy forest retreat II is a small apartment, it is definitely too small for 8 pax. The apartment has too much furniture hence it is very crammed. The house and beddings smell moldy due to its low level and blocked view, the balcony is facing the concrete lower wall of the hill, no view and no sun. We were disappointed upon checking in, and I requested for a change. If you are travelling with a big family, I suggest you book for Mossy forest retreat III instead, it is in the same building, but twice the size, higher floor, a big balcony with sunrise view. My family was very satisfied with Mossy forest retreat III

I like everything about the house. It's beautiful and they had coffee, sugar, water dispenser, books and toys in the children room. Excellent location and as a family we enjoyed and I would rate 10 if they had a washing machine and a dryer.

Quality of the bed in the master bedroom can be improved but not bad.
