We love the proximity of the bus station. The apartment is very big and very clean. The place is beautiful and very chill. It's next to a big market

The spring mattress is not so nice but for one night is ok

I liked that it was a spacious apartament and very clean. It was quiet and pretty easy to find it.Me and my friends had a good time. And the view of the balcony is amazing

I disnt like the beds because they we re pretty uncomfortable

It was clean and tidy. Quite a spacious property and in a quiet location.

At night, the entrance access area is quite dark and it's tough to find the light switch, the light seemed to stay on only for a very short period, not sufficient enough to open the door, had to use the flashlight on my phone.

I am reviewing an associated apartment - the apartment I booked for, which is an associated property under the same owner or management, had a water pipe problem, no water supply. The owner/host was very nice and friendly, picked me up personally from the bus station and sent me to another apartment that has water. It was a pleasant experience - hot water worked, all the basics worked. It's close to Palas Mall if that's the location you like. Apartmebt is spacious.

I think if you just need the basics, this is a good place. Unfortunately I didn't have a comfortable stay. Apartment is not well-equipped. Not enough bedding - no blanket, no comforter. The bathroom has a weird smell, probably because plumbing isn't good. Air conditioner is located in a room that's not the bedroom. Window screen is broken, windows can't be open. Kitchen has very limited cookware. No shower curtain, so water would spill out - there is a mop for you to clean up the wet floor. No towels, no shampoo, soap, anything.
