Tuvimos un incidente terrible grave en el apartamento. Tras pasar toda la mañana trabajando he llegado al apartamento a las tres de la tarde para encontrarme con que otro huésped del apartamento de enfrente (nº 51) se había equivocado y ha introducido las claves en el apartamento nº50 (que es el mío). Lo sorprendente es que ha podido abrir la puerta y cuando ha visto que en la entrada había ropa ha decidido no entrar porque, gracias ha dios, ha sido buena persona y se ha quedado fuera hasta que he llegado yo. Después de explicarle la situación ha introducido la misma clave en el apartamento de enfrente (51) y ha podido abrir la puerta sin dificultad. He llamado al soporte de booking y van a enviar un técnico para cambiarme la llave, pero este error es sumamente grave y peligroso ya que podría haber supuesto un horrible problema para mi seguridad y la de mis pertenencias depositadas dentro del apartamento.
la solución que nos dio el propietario fue completamente insuficiente ya que solamente nos ofreció quedarnos una hora más en el apartamento.

The hotel is conveniently located. It's in a cozy neighborhood with easy access. The metro and shops are within walking distance. We were very satisfied with everything.
There are a couple of things I would recommend the staff improve. First, provide guests with a more accurate room address. We spent a long time searching for the entrance to the apartment; the floor was nowhere indicated. Second, resolve the issue of prompt communication with guests. It took an hour to find the room, and during that time, we were unable to contact the staff. It took us an hour and a half to get a response, and only through the Booking chat.

La posizione Molto spazioso
La pulizia, molto sporco, capelli e peli ovunque. Divano sporchissimo macchiato. Materassi sul letto a castello molto scomodi Avevamo chiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli lo staff tramite messaggio ci ha scritto che potevamo passare a portare i bagagli, siamo andati e non si è presentato nessuno dunque siamo dovuti ritornare in centro con i bagagli
