Beautiful terrace and ideal location

Fantastic place - view is great, its quiet (you can hear music from the beachfront some days until 22:00), yet well connected, very comfy to stay in. Good kitchen, large fridge. SUPER friendly host, very helpful. Close to supermarket. Swimming pool access. Beach is walking distance. Veranda is comfy! Great restaurants nearby

small details maybe but one bedroom doesnt have windows, we also had some wet towels in the bathroom when we arrived.

The property was quiet, spacious and extremely clean with lovely views. Nice comfortable beds and linen and towels. Super friendly and helpful host.

Not a problem for us but there are a lot of steps to pool and beach.

The apartment is great, clean, with very cosy and comfortable terrace. Nice views to the ocean. Calm and cosy neighbourhood. Bed linen like in hotel.

Wine glasses would be useful :)

Very nice location and lovely views . Beach only a few minutes away and the pools are fabulous. Cristian was very quick to answer any questions.

The location is amazing, view from the apartment is great, few minutes walk to the beach and the heated pool nearby. The place with the pool is very cozy and clean. The apartment itself is fresh and comfy, kitchen is fully equipped if you are in the mood to cook something. The host is very welcoming and helping, he gave us great recommendations and was always in touch in case we needed something. It was a nice surprise to find snacks and drinks prepared for us when we arrived. Big tv and some board games was a nice addition for us to spend our free time.

We spent a whole week at the property and it was the best time in Gran Canaria. The facility has many advantages. Free street parking available, there was never a problem with parking. Beautiful terrace with a view and a large table where we always ate our meals. A large swimming pool which is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Super equipped kitchen. Property was clean and quiet, no one looks in the windows. Since we are traveling with a 3-year-old, we always drove everywhere by car, however within a longer walk you can find shops and restaurants. Best beaches are 20 min drive.

The whole area and the apartment are not newly built, but they are very well maintained and you can see that the owner does everything to make your stay pleasant. Thank you for everything. If we return to Gran Canaria, we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderfull place, especially for family. I loved the therace with a lot of space and great view. Everything you need is available in apartment. Great contact with the host, he is very helpfull and hospitable man.
