Sunny terrace, fast WiFi relax & remote work quiet area

The location is nice, close to shops, restaurants and bus stop. There is a common pool area that u can use. Walk to the beach is not very short, but nice. The check-in was ok, they let me enter apartment earlier, that was good.

The property is really worn out, the furniture and everything is old, bedsheets had strange smell (I really hoped they were cleaned). Maybe it was smell of humidity or oldness. The level of cleanliness was not good, to my standards. The worst part was check-out. I told that I have to leave by a certain time (to take taxi and go to airport). So I was expecting the lady to come a bit before or at least exactly at that time. She was super late, at some point stopped answering the phone. The problem is that in order to go out from the property territory you need the key, so if I just left keys inside (which she told me Not to do during check-in). i may be locked there or would have to wait is someone else is going out. I had to wait for 20 minutes, she was still not there by the time I had to definitely leave. I figured out to leave it in the post box (which she could explain me and suggest from the very beginning), but instead she told to wait her that she is coming 🤦🏼‍♀️ Anyways, this experience was a bit stressful, I had to run to catch my flight, and I think people who work there should be more punctual with their guests.

Great location, lively area with bars and shops, but nice and quiet at night. There's a swimming pool, nice balcony.

The apartment is kinda tiny, plus there's no air-conditioning, just the ventilator/fan.

Good location for restaurants, 15 min walk to Galletas, bus stop near to access Los Christianos and airport , balcony was large and flat was well equipped with everything you would need .

TV reception was poor
