The house was spacious with great working air and very clean. The location was convenient and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped.

Did not receive check in instructions until actually calling the Host. I did email and ask for them twice within the timeframe the instructions were supposed to be sent. The hot water stopped working the last two days of our visit. Taking cold showers is not something I expect to do when paying so much for a property. The two sinks in the master bath did not have hot water our entire stay. Again, I did contact the Host and never received a response. The lighting in the common area and kitchen is extremely poor. You're basically eating and cooking in the dark once the sun goes down.

The air conditioning was excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped and the owner had plenty of beach equipment in the garage. The beds were comfortable and the owner's rep was readily available and helpful. The welcome gift on arrival was most appreciated. Great location.

The interior lighting was really dim in the main room - it badly needs some overhead lighting. The range hood was greasy. The area with the shared facilities felt very adult - I am not sure I have ever seen a posted sign at a pool stating that it was a "quiet zone"
