First, the internet was extremely fast, and the location is great, allowing easy access to restaurants and main attractions.

However, upon arrival, we found the toilet in a dirty condition and there was no bedsheet on the bed. We immediately contacted the support team via WhatsApp, and although they said they would bring the bedsheets immediately, we waited for hours, but no one came. When they finally brought the bedsheets, we were out of the room, and since they did not leave them at the door, we were forced to sleep on a bare mattress that night. Exactly 24 hours later, the bedsheet and a few towels were delivered in a black plastic bag. Additionally, on the third day, the toilet became completely clogged, and it was not resolved until the next day, causing further discomfort. We had to use restaurant and cafe toilets. We requested a refund on the first day due to these issues so that we could move to another hotel, but our refund request was not accepted until the last day of our stay. They said their finance team is not available at weekends so we waited until Monday (for 2 days). Even then, only less than a one-night refund was issued (most probably the cleaning expenses). We would definitely have moved out earlier if our refund request had been approved. Due to our budget, we were unable to switch hotels immediately, forcing us to endure these unacceptable conditions. We have documented the condition of the room with photos and videos, which we are prepared to provide upon request. Given these circumstances, it is unreasonable to expect guests to pay for accommodation in such a state, without the essential items required for a safe and comfortable stay. We hope this feedback helps improve the service for future guests.

Customer Service is prompt and super responsive. Room is furnished modern and comfy, location is also good.

It would be good if the room door is not pvc and it has a door eye hole…

Location was perfect and the apartment was really clean; also it was fully equipped.
