L'emplacement, la propreté, les équipements, le calme et surtout la gentillesse du propriétaire et sa disponibilité ainsi que celle du concierge. Je conseille vivement.

Grand appartement, très confortable et propre, très bon accueil du concierge.

Only the location was good

It came across dated. I had to request towels daily even though i had 3 nights and they could easily ensure theres a sufficient amount to use without having to beg for fresh ones. The communication with host was sporadic. It had strange rules which included no visitors even if they arent staying overnight such as family members that are classed as forbidden and therefore weren't allowed to visit. Therefore my mum and cousin had to book separate accomodation in addition to the 2 people we selected to join me at this place. Its meant to house 6 people but you can only book for 3 and these cant be interchanged. There's a huge lack of privacy due to not having curtains which meant people living in opposite tower block could easily see into the rooms. The shower doesnt have sufficient power and also it takes a while before it warms up. The mattress weren't to the standard of a prestige place. There was no iron or ironing board. The whole experience meant midway some of the group went to a hotels nearby such as Radisson for the rest of the duration especially with them not knowing what cameras may exist inside the property as there is CCTV right above the entrance door. The entrance door requires a key fob to enter and is problematic as its overengineered when it comes to swiping the fob to unlock the door and enter. Initially it would take up to 10 minties of continual trying just to open the door due to its complexity!. The location on booking.com does not match the actual location of the place on the maps which can cause issues, thankfully it didnt too much this time for us but Booking.com tried reaching out but also had issues. The host did accomodate us due to flight delays but that was the only real positive in booking this apartment.

El piso tenía todas las comodidades. El anfitrión nos facilito información sobre Marrakech y la chica de la limpieza nos acogió a la llegada, muy amable. Se nos estropeó la cafetera y nos dieron otra en menos de 24h.

Séjour parfait à Marrakech ! Un immense merci pour cet excellent séjour. L'appartement est magnifique, très propre, calme et incroyablement confortable. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Marrakech. Merci aussi pour l'accueil chaleureux et l'attention portée aux petits détails qui font toute la différence. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
