It had good facilities except for the mattress

I didn’t realise the park passes weren’t included within the price so I had to pay an addition £136 to parkdean in order to access the evening entertainment and for two of my children to access the swimming pool one time which I felt was a bit steep for 2 nights and not made clear at all when I booked. I couldn’t really afford this but felt I had no choice as kids were very disappointed otherwise

The caravan was clean, as you’d expect. The facilities within the caravan were good. The bed was fairly comfortable with plenty of pillows provided. There were more than enough games and films provided with the dvd player, for a family to enjoy. The Decor was a nice touch on a typical English caravan.

The kitchen bin hadn’t been changed. The bed was slightly damp on arrival with traces of sand present. The shower was poor, with pressure being way too high for that enclosed space. The sofa bed needed to be cleaned, as it was dusty. Also, the tv was ok, however the screen kept breaking up, meaning I couldn’t watch tv very clearly. Out of the companies control, the fish and chippery on site closed at 7pm!!!, 2 hours after opening?!? We had to drive to hemsby to get food, which was mediocre.

Caravan was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and the TV kept us entertained when it was raining outside. Location was a short walk to the beach.
