"Good if you want clean, uncongested beach. May be popular with family with kids."

1. Location & easy self checkin 2. Room are clean & can actually fit in 7 pax (with 2 extra mattresses provided) 3. Great working air conditioning 4. Drying area greatly helped by the heat from the air cond's blower 5. Clean private beach 6. Ample parking 7. Easy access to restaurants/food places 8. Area uncongested as the "other side of PD"
